Bookings
Bookings can be taken by e-mail or over the telephone. Once confirmed, a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the cost is requested within 5 days. The full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival date.
Cancellations
If a cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, a refund can only be made if the property is re-let for that period. Therefore, it is advisable to take out holiday insurance in the event of a cancellation.
If we have to cancel due to matters outwith our control, a full refund with be given.
Damage
We do not ask for a deposit to cover damage or breakages. Instead, we rely on the integrity of our guests, and ask that you reimburse us or replace items as appropriate.
Day and time of arrival
Changeovers are normally Saturday to Saturday for weekly lets. However, we are flexible, and will try to meet the needs of the holidaymaker as far as possible. The property will be available from 3.00 pm, and we ask that it be vacated by 10.00 am.
Smoking Policy
This is a 'no smoking' apartment, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden area.

Sorry, no pets allowed.
